We handcrafted our juices and other beverages with integrity at our Ultra Hygiene True Cold-Pressed Production Facility with High Pressure Processing Technologythat is located in Tangerang area. Our facility is also the first-of-its-kind in Indonesia as well as across ASEAN that is maintained with a high-level of product hygiene and sanitation.

What is Re.juve’s juicing process like?

  • Selecting, Washing & Rinsing

Fresh Fruits, vegetables and spices are meticulously selected to ensure that Re.juve uses only the best quality of ingredients. We then brushed and washed our fresh ingredients thoroughly with chlorinated drinkable water to kill harmful bacterias, viruses and remove unwanted substances before rinsing them 3 (three) times with drinkable and purified RO (Reverse Osmosis) water.

  • Cold-Pressing & HPP

Once we have gathered the ingredients, we then Cold-Pressed our juices, shots and almond milk using the best Cold-Pressed juicing equipment: hydraulic press & triturating cold-pressed to extract all the possible goodness from high quality 100% fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, and almonds.

The ready-to-drink juices, SHOTs and almond milks are then bottled using recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET) bottles made of 100% food-grade recycled plastics. The bottles are then immediately sealed to maintain the freshness and hygiene of final products before heading to the High Pressure Processing Technology (HPP) machine for a no heat and no contact process with chilled water that ensures our products are even safer to consume while still preserving its vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and flavours. The end products are then stored inside a storage/chiller with a 2-4°C.

What is HPP Technology?

HPP Technology is a proven, best non-contact method that is used to increase the safety levels of fresh finished products by placing them inside the HPP chamber to undergo high-level cold water pressure (up to 6,000 bars) that will help to deactivate microorganisms (bacteria, virus, fungi and parasites) that may still be present.

The many competitive advantages of HPP technology include making our juices safer to consume and to help extend its shelf life naturally (without the use of any preservatives) as well as maintaining its freshness, raw nutrition and flavour.

Ultra hygiene & high-standard in food safety

We always prioritize high-standard hygiene and freshness to the highest possible levels for all of our F&B products in the facility:

  • We closely monitor the personal hygiene of each of our crew by frequent hand sanitizing during production and during handling the end products, as well as using chlorinated drinkable water in the washing process to kill harmful bacterias, viruses and to remove other unwanted substances on the fresh produces while rinsing it three times with drinkable and purified Reverse Osmosis water.
  • We also rinse every equipment and tools before used with drinkable water, along with sanitizing all production surface at the beginning of the process and maintaining a 8°C to 12°C room temperature and 4-6 °C water temperature to prevent microorganism and bacterias growth - ensuring ultra hygiene and excellent food safety inside our True Cold-Pressed Production Facility.
